Refund Policy of TDI Holiday Ventures
At TDI Holiday Ventures, we strive to provide maximum flexibility to our customers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while accounting for the costs incurred in processing and confirming bookings.
Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking, the refund amount depends on when you cancel. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges up to 25% of the booking amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Cancellation by TDI Holiday Ventures
In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.
Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, our standard refund policy may be modified. We recommend travel insurance for comprehensive coverage.
