Terms and Conditions of TDI Holiday Ventures

By using the services of TDI Holiday Ventures, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment. The balance payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. We accept online transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the itinerary or services requested after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will notify you of any cost implications before implementing changes.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must carry valid identification documents, follow safety instructions, and respect local laws and customs. TDI Holiday Ventures is not responsible for issues arising from customer negligence.

Liability

TDI Holiday Ventures acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for issues caused by third-party service providers beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jammu and Kashmir. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar.

Payments, refunds and cancellations

There is no refund policy. Once a payment is made to TDI Holiday Ventures, it cannot be refunded.

If you cannot travel, the amount you paid can be adjusted against a future package with us. Whether an adjustment is possible, and how much, depends on a discussion with us, and we confirm anything we agree in writing.

If we cancel a trip, or force majeure stops it, the amount you paid is adjusted against another package with us; it is still not refunded.

Please read the written quote carefully before you pay: the dates, the names of the travellers, the hotels, the vehicle and what is included. We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation and interruption, since payments are not refunded.

Photographic illustrations on this website are AI-generated. Actual locations, appearance, conditions and booked services may differ. Retained logos and icons, and authentic customer review videos and their posters, are exceptions. Please confirm the accommodation, vehicle, itinerary and included services in your written booking details.
