What do we arrange for a group, and what does the organiser handle?

Which vehicle does a group of your size need?

Seat counts are the maximum, not a comfortable figure once bags are loaded. Leave a spare row on hill-station days, and tell us if the group is bigger than one vehicle so we plan two that travel together.

How do group prices work?

Our package tables print a per-person price for two, four and six travellers, so you can see the group effect yourself. Beyond six there is no table, and we quote the group in writing from the same plan. These three plans show the pattern, per person on twin sharing, ex-Srinagar.

1. Send the dates, headcount, ages, departure city and kind of group through our contact page or on WhatsApp. Our site says a Srinagar planner replies within 30 minutes.
2. We reply with a route, the nights and the vehicle plan, with extras as separate lines. You change what you like, and we re-price each change in writing.
3. We confirm availability for your dates before you pay, and we share the terms.
4. Closer to travel you send the final names and room list, and we confirm the vehicle and the day-by-day plan.
5. On the trip, the tour leader and our Srinagar team handle changes if weather or a road closure moves a day.

When should a group travel, and what should the organiser prepare?

May and June are busy with school holidays, so reserve rooms early. March and April bring tulips and blossom, July to September is greener with showers, and October is quieter with autumn colour.
