Arrival in Srinagar — Local Sightseeing
Airport pickup. Visit Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh. Visit Botanical Garden and Shankaracharya Temple. Check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar.

Srinagar to Sonmarg — Glacier Trip
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg. Walk or horseback to Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay.

Srinagar to Doodhpathri — Valley of Milk
After breakfast, drive to Doodhpathri in Budgam district — a bowl-shaped alpine valley in the Pir Panjal Range, covered with snow-clad mountains. The stream here runs milky-white over limestone. Return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay.

Srinagar to Gulmarg — Overnight Stay
After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg via Tangmarg. Enjoy the Gondola cable car ride and horse-riding. Check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Not included: flights, lunch, the Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari trip, the Baisaran and Thajiwas pony rides (paid directly) and the Gulmarg gondola tickets.
What happens on the Doodhpathri day?
Day 3 is a day out from Srinagar to Doodhpathri, the Valley of Milk, a quiet meadow and stream valley that most short Kashmir trips skip. You return to Srinagar for the night. See the Doodhpathri destination page for what the valley is like and when it is at its best.
Where do we stay on each night?
Three nights in Srinagar, one night in Gulmarg or Tangmarg, one night in Pahalgam and one night on a houseboat. The package lists a Standard, a Deluxe and a Super Deluxe hotel option for each stop, and the tier you choose changes the price.
Can the order of places or the number of nights be changed?
Yes, we plan it with you. Moving between Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg always passes through Srinagar, so changes usually keep the same hubs. Tell us your dates and what you want more of on WhatsApp and we will say what is possible and re-quote.
